You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to personal jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING IT. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION IS FOUND INVALID, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
